When Blue Chip Coaching were invited to work with a Wellington client, the organisation was going through a period of change and development. The organisation was being exposed to competition in market space they had previously owned and were concurrently entering a new market.

Future leadership was identified as a key element in ongoing organisational success. Blue Chip Coaching provided NZ leadership training and development to a group of six future leaders in the business. By identifying their competencies and the leadership competencies most required by the business, these competencies and the related leadership process were developed and enhanced. The result was that these aspiring leaders were promoted much earlier and were more effective in their new role than would otherwise have been possible.
