New Leadership Challenges

Sally (name changed) was a senior manager in a publicly listed NZ company. The organisation was going through some significant change which had impacted on her role. She was resisting some of that change and found the relationship with her senior and one of her direct reports was compromised.

After three months of NZ leadership development Sally was reporting significant improvement in some key areas. By having someone external as a sounding board and to, in some cases, challenge her thinking, she had become more accepting of the changes and was working in a solution focussed way to achieve the best outcomes for herself and the organisation.
