		<description>1. whatever you choose to do it must be authentic.  Going for coffee when that it totally out of the comfort zone and out of the norm may not work.  If it comes across as someone elses good idea that you two are talking most people will only give you polite talk and politics.
2. Don't stop at being inspirational yourself.  Make the work inspirational.  TradeMe doesn't have rules about banned websites and personal surfing - if people are avoiding work then the problem is not compliance - it is that the work isn't inspiring.  Create the bigger picture of context, over communicate your feedback.  Create zealots.</description>
