Kevin McMahon
- Kevin is a leading New Zealand consultant, coach and change agent. He has worked with senior leaders, leadership teams & organisations in achieving success through people since 1998.
- Prior to Blue Chip Coaching, Kevin enjoyed a strong commercial business background. He was founder, Managing Director and 50% shareholder in the successful technology company, Eagle Technology Solutions.
- Kevin consults to public and private sector organisations often during
periods of turnaround, transition or change, regarding how they can best
achieve that change and deliver on commercial aspirations through their
leadership.
- True leadership occurs from the inside out. Kevin's expertise is working
with leaders, often during pressure periods of change or transition,
when they feel it is critical for their wellbeing, their team's
effectiveness and their organisations success to optimise their true
leadership.
- Kevin is a graduate of Coach University, a founding board member of the International Coach Federation and a member of the Institute of Directors. He is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner.
Lynn Humphrey
- Lynn combines extensive business experience and superb coaching skills to enable clients achieve outstanding results.
- Before coaching Lynn was a specialist tax partner in KPMG and has twenty six years experience advising businesses in New Zealand and overseas.
- His leadership roles in KPMG included both Managing Partner and Staff Partner of the Christchurch office. There he was involved in the leadership of up to 100 professional services staff, including a significant practice in the human resources consulting and recruitment area.
- Lynn has a relaxed, empathetic coaching style and is passionate about enabling capable leaders and leadership teams to achieve outstanding business outcomes by developing their potential.
- He is a practitioner of NLP and a member of the International Coach Federation.
Carmel Byrne
- Carmel is an experienced executive coach and business adviser. She has over 20 years experience working with people from a cross section of organisations and sectors ranging from business start-ups to listed companies.
- She successfully coaches senior business people who want to achieve significant new results for themselves and their teams.
- Carmel is an experienced facilitator and successfully assists senior teams clarify their direction and objectives at a strategic and practical level.
- She spent 17 years as a commercial lawyer in New Zealand and internationally. Carmel was a Director of KPMG Legal and was subsequently a commercial partner at law firm Kensington Swan.
- She is a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming - the study of how people think, behave and achieve excellence - which provides an important grounding in the dynamics of change and achievement.
